ACE : Mock Interview.
We had a warm welcome in Fielder Center. The morning briefing started while we are having coffee. They took us through the schedule of the day and helped us so we could get to a place on time. I had a couple of questions about one-on-one interviews, so I asked, and they resolved it. The staff were good at helping and creating a professional environment without it being so scary that we felt confident and performed best. Unlike my classmates, I had a group exercise first. In the 9:30 to 10:30 slot. After reaching there a couple more people came but it was less than expected. Our assessor took us through the task and gave us a countdown as I looked at my phone to keep track of time. We started reading the task for 5 mins and then all three of us waited for someone to break the ice. I dove to the deeper end and started the discussion with my idea and my group members agreed.
