Independent project (Innerverse): Premiere Pro

Once I had all the sequences of my VR project. I had only one thing to do: lay them in order in Premiere Pro. In this blog post, I will share my experience of editing VR sequences from After Effects into Premiere Pro and offer some tips that I found helpful in the process. Step 1: Export your VR sequence from After Effects Once I had finished creating my VR sequence in After Effects, I would need to export it to a compatible format for Premiere Pro. To do this, go to File > Export > Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue. In the Media Encoder, select a suitable format such as H.264 or ProRes and set your desired output settings. Step 2: Import the VR sequence into Premiere Pro Once my VR sequence was exported, I imported it into Premiere Pro by going to File > Import. Select your file and click Import. You should now see your VR sequence in the project panel. Step 3: Create a new sequence Next, create a new sequence that matches the settings of your VR sequence. To do this, go to F

Storytelling Project : Final Project and Bibliography

I wanted to create something that was more than just a sports story – I wanted to use boxing as a metaphor for life. With a monologue and rap beat in the background, my film aimed to inspire and motivate viewers to keep pushing forward, no matter how tough the fight may be. Several important lessons were taught to me while making this video. First and foremost, I realised how critical it is to have a clear vision for your project. With so many creative options accessible, it's easy to become sidetracked or lose sight of your initial objectives. However, by remaining focused on my vision for the picture, I was able to make decisions that improved the final result. Another thing I learnt was the value of teamwork. I got the services of a brilliant musician to construct the rap rhythm while I wrote the story and made the animation. We were able to create a unified and effective film by working together, which would not have been feasible without both of our efforts. The concept of pe

Storytelling Project : After effects to Premiere Pro

Once I had all my frames synthesised. I had to turn them into a QuickTime .mov so I can edit them in premiere pro. I thought of doing it in premiere pro but it required hassle so I went with after effects. In which I just had to import the Jpeg as a sequence and it will automatically become a composition with the frame rate. It was 24 frames but I Changed it to 25 as it was the one I was working on. I exported all of the 13 Shots in the same way which took about half of the day. In the end, I had 13 Quicktime 4K clips ready for Premiere Pro. I opened the premiere and Imported all of the clips. Now the smart way to do all of the editing was to overlay all the footage on the top of shots where rendered accordingly. Because dimensions and time were the same. I overlayed all the shots accordingly.  The edit was quite basic and simple. First I started by adjusting speed and duration according to my sequence and then color-coded the sequence. After the editing and cleaning up were done. I ha

Storytelling Project : Making Script and Sypnosis

The first step in writing a script was to define the story I wanted to tell. For this particular animation, the story is about how boxing is a way of life metaphorically. I'll need to create a clear vision of the story I want to tell, including the themes, characters, and settings. Once you I had a clear idea of the story I wanted to tell, it was time to start developing the characters. In this script, the character is a boxer who has discovered the true meaning of boxing. I'll need to create a backstory for the character, including their motivation for boxing and their journey to becoming skilled fighter. With the story and characters defined, it's time to start writing the dialogue. The monologue provided serves as the backbone of the script, so I'll need to build on it to create a compelling and engaging story. The dialogue should flow naturally and reflect the character's personality and experiences. So from my script, I decided to add shots and dialogue in a

Storytelling Project : Monologue

After a rough edit, it came to my senses that this was pretty easy and I wanted a challenge so I did some research and watched some of the similar videos on youtube.  That is when I found out that I can add a monologue in this film someone who can narrate a story. We did a similar project in Teamwork practices so I thought it was a great idea.  I did research and Looked at some sources to make raft a script it conveys my message clearly. Eventually I came up with this. THE SCRIPT (MONOLOGUE)   "I used to think that boxing was just a sport. Two fighters in a ring, duking it out until one of them couldn't take it anymore. But then I started training, and I realized that boxing was so much more than that. It was a way of life. It wasn't just about the physical training, although that was important too. It was about the mental game, the mental toughness you needed to keep going when everything in your body was telling you to stop. It was about the discipline, the dedication,

Storytelling Project : Inspiration

I wanted this to be a comfort project that I would connect to and enjoy doing, apart from the independent project which was experiments and hours of rendering.  Boxing training and working out have become important parts of my life since they bring several physical and emotional benefits that improve your entire well-being. Boxing necessitates significant training and conditioning that includes cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and agility drills. This training routine produces not just physical fitness but also discipline, dedication, and mental toughness. Working out, on the other hand, assists you to maintain healthy body weight, gain muscle mass, and enhance your energy levels. It also helps to reduce stress and build confidence, which leads to better mental health and general quality of life. My love of boxing and fitness has inspired you to produce a short film about the value of hard effort and perseverance in reaching one's objectives. The film is both a monument

Independent project (Innerverse): The Moon Sequence

When I had to remove the unity dance sequence, I wanted to replace it with something else. So, when rendering the stars for Shockwave, it occurred to me that I could distort 3D objects and animate the deformation. I decided to give it a go after seeing so many tutorials.  First, I incremented and saved the just-star sequence. I had already utilised the element 3D plug-in in the star sequence. In such a scenario, yes. I opened the element 3D window and created groups. The sphere in Group 1 had a star map of 4k instead of a diffusion map. I built Group 2 with a space rock that comes with the plug-in. I raised the size somewhat and clicked OK. This led me to the After Effects window. In group 2's particle replicator settings, I increased the number of rocks and changed the point to a sphere. As a consequence, a large sphered cluster of moon rocks formed. It looked fantastic at the time. I went to the deform options and began experimenting with bend, twist, and offsets. All of them wer
